Defective product
What should I do if I receive a defective product?

If you have received a defective product, we invite you to contact our customer service by email at info@lenordetcanada.com within 5 days of receiving your package.
In your email, please include the following information:

  • Subject: Defective product

  • Order number and full name on file

  • Attach a photo of the damaged product(s).

A customer service representative will contact you as soon as possible (within 24-48 business hours).

Can I return a product if I don't like it? We have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee!

We accept returns in case of allergic reaction/skin reaction to the purchased product.

Please refer to the “Allergic Reactions” section below for more information.
Note: Since skin regenerates approximately every 28 days, a product must be used for a minimum of 28 days before you can assess its effectiveness .

  • Subject: Reaction to [Product Name]

  • Order number and full name on file

  • Provide as much detail as possible about the observed reaction

  • Attach photos clearly showing the reaction (if possible).

A member of our team will review the situation and contact you as soon as possible to discuss next steps (exchange, refund, etc.).
